I’ve been playing with the Instant Pot lately! I’ve been busy importing recipes into the Paprika app. I have used the spaghetti & meatballs recipe from This Old Gal. I’d have to say, it was pretty good.
My mom used to buy these Knorr sides all the time. I’m not a fan of standing over a hot stove so I checked the Instant Pot Community Facebook group (if you have an Instant Pot and you aren’t on there, you should be!) to see if anyone had cooked one of the Knorr sides in their pot before.
Of course, someone had. I dumped in all the ingredients and set the pot for 5 minutes. Before I knew it, I had a delicious teriyaki lo mein dish waiting for me.
In other news, I finally got around to getting my second holes in my ears. I think my diamond earrings look quite nice.
I’ve looked decent a few times lately, what can I say?
PS–the countdown to moving has officially begun. I’m so ready for what life throws at me next.
