FALLING ACORNS, MIGHTY OAKS

Christmas Chaos

It has been utter chaos with Christmas.

I will remain in my standing that December 26th is my favorite day of the year.  No expectations, you can play with your toys, and life is good.  Everyone is happy.  I think I will always take December 26th off from work because I just enjoy the peace and quiet so much.

December 27th consisted of taking the kids out to eat, then going to collect their tablets and stuff.  They both have Amazon gift cards to spend from my parents.  Of course, they both managed to leave them at their house so I don’t even know what to do with them.  I swear.

I think the kids liked their gifts from me, which was very important.  I had knit them hats and I was happy that they fit so well.

I spent a lot of time wrapping because I wrapped each thing individually.

Hopefully I will be able to carry Dalton to get his learner’s permit tomorrow.  I need to see if it can be done without a parent with him.
