FALLING ACORNS, MIGHTY OAKS

End of the Year

It seems like yesterday that I moved to Martinsville and started working in Henry County. I can’t believe that the end of the year is almost here. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next and what happens next year.

I’m also looking forward to next year. I can’t wait to have things as I like them in the library, the year to hit the ground running, and to have things exactly as I please.

I don’t know where I’m going with this. The end of the year has been mind boggling and numbing at the same time. I have worked hard to get a lot of things done and I’ve started prepping my house for me to be gone a good bit over the summer.

I need to figure out what I am taking with me and what I am leaving here. There’s so many things. I have so many hobbies. I also have to transport the guinea pig, which adds a layer of complexity to things as well. I’m just looking forward to having a break, but I know at the same time I will get stir crazy.

I can’t wait to see where things take me next. I also am looking forward to getting things together for a new year. I’m also looking forward to seeing what sort of resources I can come up with that will help me hit the ground running next year.
