EDIT: I guess this is a day early, because clearly I don’t know my days of the week.
My mama has an awesome peanut butter fudge recipe.
However, we learned that natural peanut butter might not work for this. It was on the double boiler and started to do this weird separation thing. It’s edible but not as good as it usually is.
I think the second batch will be good enough to carry to the Woman’s Club meeting tonight, but I made some cookie dough bites to carry as well. I haven’t had one since they went into the fridge to chill, but tasting so far was delicious.
